Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI, data, and engineering initiatives. You will drive modern AI/ML solutions across diverse data sources, work with clients to deliver scalable AI systems, and ensure responsible deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team of scientists and engineers, guiding technical development and applying cutting-edge techniques to solve complex business problems while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 6–10 years in AI, Data Science, or ML roles.
• 2–4 years leading technical teams.
• Strong Python proficiency and cloud experience.
• Experience in designing production AI/ML on major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent client communication and travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment.
• Identify innovative improvements through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients in daily sessions and oversee planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
