Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to drive modern AI engineering and data science initiatives for diverse client projects. You will lead teams delivering scalable AI, ML, and generative AI solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will influence new ways of working, ensure responsible deployment, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to industrialize analytics and deliver high‑impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6-10 years of AI, data science, and/or ML experience.
• 2-4 years of direct technical team management.
• Strong Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to deployment and optimization.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
