Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI/ML initiatives and collaborate with diverse, global teams. You’ll design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring responsible deployment and measurable results.

You will interact with clients, guide cross-functional teams, and influence new ways of working while maintaining high standards of data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years in AI, Data Science, or ML in a professional setting.
• 2–4 years directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience with major cloud platforms and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps frameworks.
• CI/CD pipelines experience in analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design to production deployment and optimization.
• Improve processes through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams delivering complex AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
