You will design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions across cloud and on-prem environments, guiding teams and ensuring responsible deployment and measurable results.

You will collaborate with scientists and engineers, staying at the forefront of AI trends while delivering practical, high-impact outcomes for clients and EY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6-10 years of relevant AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI workstreams from design through production deployment and optimization.
• Identify innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for high-quality AI engineering initiatives.
• Engage with clients, lead sessions, and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
