EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead AI/ML initiatives, deliver cutting-edge solutions, and guide multidisciplinary teams across client projects. You will design, build, and scale AI systems, ensuring responsible deployment and measurable results in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to business growth while maintaining high standards of quality and client trust. Travel to engage with clients will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years AI/DS/ML experience.
• 6–10 years of AI/DS/ML experience in full-time work.
• 2–4 years of direct experience managing technical teams.
• Strong Python development skills and cloud platform experience.
• Experience with production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI workstreams from design through deployment and optimization.
• Drive innovative solutions via research and analysis.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex AI initiatives.
• Engage with clients, run daily sessions, and oversee workstreams from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
