EY is seeking a Manager in Model Engineering to lead modern AI, machine learning, and generative AI initiatives. You will guide teams across diverse clients to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions that enrich data, derive insights, and deliver value across cloud and on-premises environments.

Join a dynamic, interdisciplinary group of scientists and engineers solving challenging computational problems while advancing responsible AI practices and client outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant AI, data science, and/or machine learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively with diverse, hybrid and global teams.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with NLP and deep learning.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools (Git, Azure DevOps), Jira, and CI/CD for analytics solutions.
