Responsibilities

• Provide information on products, services, policies, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions within guidelines.
• Document interactions in CRM or support systems.
• Assist clients with account setup and routine tasks.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up for timely closure.
• Escalate complex issues to internal departments.
• Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication.
• Identify recurring concerns and suggest service improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, technical support, and account management.
• Keep records of communications and feedback.
• Explain services and resources relevant to client needs.
• Follow service standards and data-handling procedures.
• Support client satisfaction, retention, and continuous improvement.
• Meet performance targets for response times and resolutions.
