PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate in Kingston, Virginia, within its Retail Banking organization. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences, educating customers on alternatives, and identifying banking opportunities during interactions.

You will engage in lobby activities, refer opportunities to branch staff, apply product knowledge to resolve problems, and support proactive sales.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, however may require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on alternatives for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and refers as appropriate.
• Identifies opportunities through conversations with customers and makes referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet needs.
• Educates customers on options for managing transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to policies and ensures teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Supports proactive sales conversations with a defined process, including service-to-sales and lobby engagement.
• Supports customer loyalty and grows share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
