Job summary

H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist in California. You will greet clients, answer phones, and help connect clients with the right tax professional. You’ll schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met in person, by phone, or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
