Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Process orders by mail, phone, email, or in-house staff.
• Listen to customer needs and determine actions.
• Support colleagues with administrative duties.
• Refer product questions to the appropriate person.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Follow up on orders and communicate delays.
