Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment check-ins, book new appointments and coordinate with the team on discharge information for grooming, clinic, walk-ins, and technician appointments.
• Understand and prioritize scheduled appointments, client education, and lobby triage by vaccine, wellness, parasite, and retail needs to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Greet and welcome all clients entering the clinic, assist with check-in, inform about delays, and support clients during their visit.
