Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Management & Service professional in California to deliver day-to-day client support, ensuring data accuracy and clear communication for a block of clients. You will develop employee education materials, facilitate enrollment and orientations, and coordinate with vendor partners on invoices and service delivery.

Qualifications

• College diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Work well in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to act resourcefully and solve problems.
• Professional presence and strong communication skills.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client support for your block of clients, ensuring accurate data and issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver employee education materials and presentations; support open enrollment and new hire orientations (regional travel may be required).
• Act as liaison between clients and vendor partners to resolve issues with invoices, claims and service delivery.
• Collaborate with HUB Benefit Consultants on questions and renewals for HUB clients.
• Work with Data Analytics to understand trends and client needs.
• Understand and communicate compliance requirements related to benefits.
• Assist in preparing sales-related materials including bids and proposals.
• Coordinate annual wellness planning and plan renewals for clients.
• Learn the Employee Benefits business from the inside out with mentors and trainings.
