Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Client Service Associate to be the friendly face for all visitors, ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will provide essential support in a welcoming, fast-paced retail environment.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and help keep clients engaged during wait times. Strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency are a must.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and use basic computer tools.
