Peak Motion, PLLC is seeking a Client Care Specialist in Camas, WA to ensure a positive client experience and accurately process appointments and payments. The role requires greeting clients, preparing files, and coordinating with doctors and staff in a fast-paced clinic setting.
The successful candidate will handle scheduling, EMR entries, and patient communications professionally, while upholding company policies and delivering excellent service at all times.
The Client Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring a positive and unmatched experience for our clients and communicating the services that provide the best standard of care possible. The Client Care Specialist will greet clients and prepare patient files, fax and scan essential documents, schedule client appointments by phone or in person and collect and enter payments in the EMR system. The CCS must have a full understanding of the services and retail items provided. The Client Care Specialist must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and as a team member.
Leads by example and exhibits solid teamwork while promoting the core philosophy of FYZICAL.
Monday through Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm.
