Job summary

SAGE Integration Holdings LLC is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support our enterprise clients by coordinating services between clients, field teams, and subcontractors. You will be the main point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication.

This full-time, hybrid/on-site role requires strong organization, multitasking, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in client services or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Work as primary contact for clients, managing service-related communications.
• Handle incoming service calls and manage client inquiries, cancellations and confirmations.
• Monitor performance to ensure contractual obligations, response times and service quality.
• Coordinate and schedule security services with field teams and subcontractors.
