Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC seeks a Client Service Coordinator to support clients by coordinating services between clients, field teams, and subcontractors. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires organization, detail-orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Hybrid or on-site work arrangements are possible, with occasional travel for events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in client services, preferably in security or related services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to handle multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients; manage service requests and inquiries.
• Handle incoming service calls and maintain positive client relationships; process cancellations and confirmations.
• Monitor performance to meet contractual obligations including response times and service quality.
• Coordinate and schedule security services with field teams and subcontractors; ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate client records, service reports, and CRM logs; prepare reports and metrics.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and communicating service expectations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver high‑quality services and improvements.
