Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is hiring a Client Service Coordinator to support our mission of delivering outstanding customer service to clients. You will ensure smooth coordination between clients, field teams, and subcontractors, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues while maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in client services, customer support, or a similar role is preferred (security or related service industry ideal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating service requests and inquiries.
• Handle incoming service calls and manage client relationships to meet expectations.
• Monitor performance to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate and schedule security services, dispatch field teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain the department calendar and avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Assist in handling client escalations with timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, service reports, and CRM logs.
• Prepare regular service reports and performance metrics for clients and management.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and communicating service expectations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver high-quality services.
• Identify areas for process improvements and client satisfaction enhancements.
