Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in client services, customer support, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; familiarity with other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients, coordinating service requests and inquiries.
• Handle incoming service calls and manage client expectations.
• Monitor performance, ensure contractual obligations and service quality.
• Schedule security services, dispatch teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate client records and service reports in the CRM.
• Prepare regular service reports and performance metrics for clients.
