The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining detailed records and reports. Join a team focused on service excellence and client success.

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months minimum in a customer service role.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
• Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business.
• Build rapport with partners by managing relationships and setting expectations.
