Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to support clients by coordinating service requests between clients, field teams, and subcontractors. You will be the main point of contact, handle inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client services, preferably in security or related services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client contact for service requests and inquiries.
• Manage client communications and scheduling with field teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor service performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain accurate client records and service reports in CRM.
• Prepare regular service updates and reports for clients and management.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring clear service expectations.
