Job summary

Sage Integration Holdings LLC is hiring a Client Service Coordinator to support our mission of delivering outstanding service to enterprise security clients. You will be the main liaison between clients, field teams, and subcontractors, handling inquiries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in client services or customer support preferred, in security or related services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for clients; manage service requests and inquiries.
• Handle incoming service calls and maintain positive client relationships.
• Monitor performance to meet contractual obligations like response times and quality.
• Coordinate and schedule security services, dispatch field teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain department calendar and avoid scheduling conflicts.
• Assist with client escalations and coordinate with operations for resolutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, service reports and CRM logs.
• Prepare regular service reports and performance metrics for clients and management.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and communicating service expectations.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to deliver high-quality services.
• Identify areas for process improvements and client satisfaction enhancements.
