HairClub in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet clients, manage scheduling, and support the styling team. This role offers a base salary, consistent schedule, and extensive training in our hair loss solutions.

You will interact with clients and visitors to create a welcoming environment, handle POS transactions, and help guide clients through their hair loss journey. If you are energetic, compassionate, and able to work in a fast-paced setting, this is the position

Qualifications

• At least one year of high-paced guest service experience.
• Point of sale or other business software experience.
• Professional and timely communication with all company staff.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors promptly with a smile.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and route as needed.
• Enter all client transactions accurately in the POS system.
• Manage scheduling, including bookings and confirmations.
• Support styling team with scheduling, documentation, and sales.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
