Job summary

SmartBank is seeking a Client Service Representative I to deliver an exceptional banking experience across phone, chat, email, and digital channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping with a variety of banking needs and building trusted relationships through every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service across phone, chat, email, and online banking channels.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate SmartBank products and services.
• Resolve client inquiries accurately and efficiently while delivering a WOW experience.
• Assist clients with account maintenance and servicing requests.
• Provide Debit Card & Digital Banking Support and assist with online banking enrollment.
• Maintain accurate client information and account documentation.
