• Ability to open new accounts and handle branch duties.
• Strong mathematical and cash balancing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet client needs efficiently and warmly.
• Enhance SmartBank’s image through proactive client‑driven service.
• Process complex financial transactions for clients.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, directing inquiries appropriately.
• Manage daily lobby activities and hospitality for clients.
• Receive deposits and payments; verify cash and negotiability; issue receipts.
• Provide account information and cash checks per policies; refer questionable transactions.
• Offer services like redeeming savings bonds and issuing Official Checks.
• Process payments for cards and utilities; ensure data is transmitted to agencies by cutoff.
• Comply with banking laws and perform other duties as assigned.
