Responsibilities

• Provide a superior service experience that reflects First Bank & Trust culture and community commitment.
• Develop, maintain, and grow relationships that are profitable to the bank while minimizing risk, with sales aptitude as a plus.
• Perform teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and balanced cash drawer; report suspicious activity and assist with branch hardware upkeep.
• Anticipate client needs and advise on personally beneficial solutions.
• Assist in opening new accounts and establishing relationships.
• Educate clients on the bank’s products, services, and processes to meet client and community needs.
• Coordinate with supervisors to align daily work with organizational goals and collaborate across teams.
• Monitor deposits and credit portfolios for quality and risk; assist in collections if needed per policy.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, compliance training, and meetings.
