Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills, tailored to clients’ needs and preferences.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage and meet with assigned clients to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients’ needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on tech solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with clients about banking solutions with the team.
