You will build positive client relationships by clearly communicating the benefits of our products and services, while supporting in-branch operations.

The role involves greeting clients, explaining policies, opening new accounts, and collaborating with other lines of business to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank to clients in person, by telephone or email.
• Greet and provide exceptional service in person and by phone/email.
• Provide accurate information regarding Bank services, products and procedures.
• Open new Business and Consumer accounts and cross-sell Bank products.
• Refer client needs to other lines of business such as Mortgage or Investments.
• Process transactions including loan payments and transfers.
• Perform teller duties including balancing cash daily and handling basic transactions.
