• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and maintain consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
