Job summary

Truist is seeking a Retail Banking professional to deliver exceptional client service, conduct a range of transactions, and promote digital banking solutions. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, need identification, and collaboration with branch teams to improve client experience.

The position requires basic PC skills, two years in teller or client service, and a strong ability to multi-task. Weekend hours and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• 6 months client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and assist with complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales process through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and ongoing training.
