T. Rowe Price is seeking a Sr. Product Owner for Advice Digital Experience, focusing on Retirement Advisory Services and ActivePlus Portfolios. You will translate business needs into digital capabilities, manage backlogs, and drive measurable releases that improve enrollment and engagement with advice solutions.

You will guide product owners, collaborate with technology, design, analytics, and compliance teams, and shape a high-performance product culture across the team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of total relevant work experience, including digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience owning digital products from roadmap to optimization.
• Ability to prioritize complex backlogs and make tradeoffs across value, risk, and capacity.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business partners.

• Own and maintain digital product roadmap and backlog for RAS and ActivePlus Portfolios.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for design and engineering teams.
• Prioritize based on client impact, business value, data, risk, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from concept to launch and iteration.
• Coach product managers/owners and set standards for backlog quality and execution.
