Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Owner for Advice Digital Experience to lead the digital product roadmap for Retirement Advisory Services and ActivePlusPortfolios.

You will translate business priorities into measurable capabilities, manage backlogs, and partner with technology, design, analytics, and compliance to deliver high-value client experiences. You will guide product owners, establish clear ownership, and use metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience in digital product management, product ownership, digital experience, or related discipline.
• Experience owning digital products from roadmap/backlog through delivery, launch, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the digital product roadmap and backlog for RAS and ActivePlusPortfolios, translating objectives into capabilities and release plans.
• Define product requirements and acceptance criteria for design and engineering teams; ensure work is refined and decision-ready.
• Prioritize across client impact, business value, data, technical effort, risk, dependencies, and capacity; adjust sequencing as needed.
• Lead cross-functional product delivery from concept to launch and iteration with technology, design, analytics, operations, marketing, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
• Lead and develop product managers/owners, set ownership standards, use metrics and feedback to drive outcomes and continuous improvement.
