Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Client Experience Analyst to support the PCS Advisor digital experience and the internal PCS team workflow.

This role will analyze data and digital operations to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that drive business results. You will join a team of product owners, analysts, developers, and designers using an Agile methodology to launch features from research to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Professional experience in product management or digital experience.
• Understanding of generative AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• 2+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with an agile development team through requirements, backlog, testing, deployment.
• Provide support to deliver solutions with cross-functional teams: marketing, technology, and design.
• Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Plan releases and coordinate operational changes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate business resources across the firm for standard projects.
• Support initiatives that help meet KPIs and compliance projects.
