Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Digital Client Experience Analyst in Baltimore to analyze advisor interactions across digital channels and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that uplift the advisor experience.

You will partner with product, UX, and technology teams to optimize onboarding, login, and service journeys while building dashboards and performance reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, client experience, product analysis, marketing analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Qualtrics, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing dashboards and performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze advisor interactions and digital experience performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Translate data into clear business recommendations to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Evaluate advisor journeys and onboarding experiences to optimize digital interactions.
• Partner with product, UX, and technology teams to write user stories and support Agile delivery.
• Conduct testing and user acceptance to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor feedback, design surveys, and leverage voice-of-client insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver digital experience initiatives.
