Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an AveannaCare Specialist/Coordinator in Iowa to assist users by email, phone, or in person and to ensure smooth AveannaCare operations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, data accuracy, and cross‑functional coordination.

The position requires handling payroll and attendance data, maintaining client/service accounts, and generating reports in a SQL environment. A background in payroll or customer service is preferred, with bilingual Spanish being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of one year payroll and/or customer service experience in last four years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills.
• Intermediate computer skills using Windows, Word, Excel; ability to learn Aveanna’s proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Aveanna Core Values and handle incoming calls.
• Maintain and review punch and attendance entries in AveannaCare.
• Update Employee & Client Service Accounts; run AveannaCare reports and data imports in SQL environment.
• Adhere to payroll/billing cut offs and deadlines; follow up with centers, families and providers.
• Resolve payroll/punch issues; analyze and resolve AveannaCare data issues.
