Job summary

Clickrush is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in the United States to guide new clients from onboarding through ongoing support. You will collect assets, coordinate schedules, and ensure all questions are answered quickly to keep clients feeling cared for from day one.

You will maintain organized client records, route requests to the right teammates, and help refine onboarding processes for continuous improvement. Strong communication and follow-through are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, client support, or coordination roles.
• Warm, professional communication over email, chat, and phone.
• Strong follow-through — you close loops without being asked twice.
• Comfort learning new tools and organizing information in systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-client onboarding: collect assets, logins, and information needed to start work.
• Respond to client questions and requests quickly and route them to the right teammate.
• Keep client records, project notes, and communication history organized and current.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverable reviews across the client portfolio.
• Follow up on outstanding items so projects never stall waiting on a response.
• Gather client feedback and flag concerns to account managers before they grow.
• Help refine onboarding and support processes so the experience keeps improving.
