Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Client Success Representative to join the Onboarding Team. You will build strong client relationships, guide new customers through onboarding, and ensure satisfaction with our Platform.

Strong communication, attention to detail, time management and a customer-first mindset are essential. As primary contact for assigned clients, you will manage onboarding from start to finish, provide training, support retention and upsell goals, and relay customer feedback to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2–3 years of Customer Service experience in a SaaS environment preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and quality of work.
Ability to learn software solutions quickly.
Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Bonus eligibility as part of compensation.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding for new clients from start to finish and provide training as needed.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients via phone, email, and video.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention while driving value from the platform.
Collaborate with clients to meet their goals and upsell opportunities.
Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for product improvements.
Develop expertise on our platform and products.
Exceed performance targets for retention and upsell.
