Clickrush is seeking a Client Experience Specialist in the United States to guide new clients from onboarding through ongoing support. You will collect assets, coordinate schedules, and ensure all questions are answered quickly to keep clients feeling cared for from day one.

You will maintain organized client records, route requests to the right teammates, and help refine onboarding processes for continuous improvement. Strong communication and follow-through are essential.

• Experience in customer service, client support, or coordination roles.
• Warm, professional communication over email, chat, and phone.
• Strong follow-through — you close loops without being asked twice.
• Comfort learning new tools and organizing information in systems.
