Job summary

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is seeking a Director of First Impressions / Office Coordinator to warmly greet homeowners and turn inquiries into design consultations. You will keep the office, marketing, and culture running smoothly while managing CRM records and client communications.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hospitality or client-facing roles, excellent calendar discipline, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in hospitality, customer service, reception, office admin or a similar role.
• Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with JobTread or construction is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented with a clean calendar and accurate database.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route all incoming calls, so every caller feels taken care of.
• Schedule complimentary in-home design consultations for our Design Consultants.
• Follow up on every new inquiry by phone, text, and email.
• Assist past clients through the handyman/warranty process and coordinate with Production.
• Own our CRM and keep client and project information accurate.
• Scan completed job files and save on company server.
• Track weekly lead-status reports and update monthly Sales Report.
• Engage in local community groups through social media for Sea Pointe.
• Assist with booking, planning, and facilitating client workshops.
• Assist with quarterly All-Staff meetings setup and inventory.
• Support the President and sales leadership team as needed.
• Lead the Fun Committee and plan events; coordinate with admin for supplies.
