Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. in Cedar Park, TX seeks an Office Experience Manager to translate directives from the OEM and DGM into disciplined execution and coaching. You will lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, coordinate with the CCS team, and drive the client experience while accelerating the office’s seasonal tax business.

You’ll start part‑time in the fall and move to an expanded tax season schedule January–April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. This is an in-person role, not remote.

Qualifications

• Candidate with people management experience in a service/retail setting.
• Strong client-centric mindset and consultative approach.
• Proven coaching ability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Decision-making in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Data fluency to interpret KPI and coaching data.
• Proficient in MS Office and office systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and reinforce consultant client experience in‑office.
• Coach and develop Tax Advisors and CSPs using a coaching roadmap.
• Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate priorities and recognition.
• Drive office growth, client outcomes, and service standards.
