Ideal candidates have 3 years of customer service experience and a Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within a year. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty license required or must obtain within a year.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with customers and discusses discounts.
• Resolves issues about discounts or programs.
• Reaches out to customers and sets appointments.
• Cross-sells to customers with regards to the Multi-Line discount.
• Handles incoming calls and answers questions.
• Collects payments and makes policy changes.
• Sets up bill accounts and handles simple billing requests.
• Submits claims paperwork requested by claims representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents to clients.
• Assists with INFB Health Plans.
