You will collect payments, process policy changes, submit claims paperwork, and provide proof of insurance documents.

A Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within a year, and you should communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service experience; insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required or must be able to obtain within 1 year.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Proficient with Android and Apple phones.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with discounts and programs.
• Resolve issues about discounts or programs.
• Set appointments and handle inbound calls.
• Cross-sell to customers regarding the Multi-Line discount.
• Process payments and policy changes.
• Submit claims paperwork as requested by claims representatives.
• Provide proof of insurance documents.
• May assist with INFB Health Plans.
• Other duties assigned by management.
