Barrett Agency - Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in Corydon, IN is seeking a full-time customer service representative to assist clients with discounts, answer questions, and schedule appointments. You will collect payments, process policy changes, submit claims paperwork, and provide proof of insurance documents.

A Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within a year, and you should communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with customers and discusses our discounts.
• Resolves issues about any of our discounts or programs.
