The role requires a current or obtainable Property & Casualty license and a year of customer service experience. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering paid vacation/sick leave, a 401(k) with match, and a potential annual bonus up to 20% of salary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty license required or must obtain within 2 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.
• Negotiable pay based on experience.
• Potential yearly bonus up to 20% of the salary.
• Ability to commute between multiple counties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles walk-in customers.
• Assists with claims paperwork requested by claim’s representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
• Ability to commute between offices in Benton, Jasper, Lake, Newton, Pulaski, and White counties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
