The role requires flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on professionalism and excellence in service.

• The Client Experience Hostess ensures delivery of a World Class Client Experience to all clients.

• Welcome clients in a timely manner and ensure their needs are prioritized.
• Use CRM to tailor experiences based on client interests.
• Support the client journey across touchpoints.
