Summary

The Client Experience Host delivers a world-class, hospitality-driven client experience in the showroom and VIP room. This role facilitates personalized and engaging experiences using CRM insights, supports Sales Consultants, and maintains showroom presentation and hospitality standards. The Host is the first point of contact for clients and champions a positive, professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide a World Class Client Experience and act as the first point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate unique and engaging client experiences through research and CRM use.
• Support Sales Consultants in the showroom and VIP room and assist with hospitality duties.
• Ensure client experience stations are well stocked, maintained, and showroom housekeeping standards are met.
• Welcome clients in a timely manner, probe to learn preferences, and personalize interactions.
• Attend departmental meetings, recommend improvements to systems and procedures, and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

• Jewelry/watch product knowledge preferred and hospitality experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Basic selling skills, IT literacy, and experience working within a high-performing team.
• Flexible and adaptable to change with a professional approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality.
