Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Services Associate to drive 5-star service across mail, shipping, and office operations in our workspace. You will ensure secure intake, high-priority outbound shipping, and a consistently polished environment for meetings and guests.

In this role you’ll support reception, manage office moves, and keep devices and copy/print equipment running smoothly. A hospitality mindset and professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in hospitality, retail, or office services.
• Able to stand/walk most of the day and lift up to 40 lbs (or use a cart up to 60 lbs).
• Sharp verbal and written communication for vendors and employees.

Responsibilities

• Master the lifecycle of mail and packages with secure intake and outbound shipping.
• Maintain show-ready spaces and conference rooms, ensuring coffee and setups are top-notch.
• Keep multifunction devices and printers running; act as first responder when issues arise.
• Backup for reception and concierge, greeting guests professionally.
• Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management to improve workflow.
