Job summary

Buchanan, a global AmLaw firm, seeks a Hospitality Coordinator for its Seattle office. This highly visible, front-facing role serves as a brand ambassador and helps create an exceptional experience for clients, guests and employees, with on-site duties in Seattle.

You will manage the reception and conference center, coordinate catering and meetings, and partner with IT, Facilities and Security to ensure events run smoothly while delivering polished service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk, concierge, hospitality or client-service experience.
• Experience in catering and meeting/event coordination is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, guests and visitors with a polished, high-touch experience.
• Manage reception and conference center, including room scheduling and logistics.
• Coordinate catering, food & beverage orders, deliveries and vendors for meetings.
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Security and teams to ensure events run smoothly.
• Support visiting attorneys and staff with office access and hospitality needs.
• Serve as a key contact for the office to maintain a welcoming environment.
