Job summary

We are Buchanan seeks a Hospitality Coordinator for its Seattle office to deliver a polished, high-touch experience for clients, guests and employees. The role is on-site and highly visible, serving as a brand ambassador for the firm.

Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing reception and conference center, coordinating catering and events, partnering with IT/Facilities/Security, and supporting visiting attorneys and staff while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk, concierge, hospitality or client-service experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• Strong catering and meeting/event coordination experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service, professionalism and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a polished, service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients, guests and visitors while providing a polished, high-touch experience
• Manage the reception and conference center experience, including room scheduling and meeting logistics
• Coordinate catering, food & beverage orders, deliveries and vendor relationships for meetings and events
• Partner with IT, Facilities, Security and other teams to ensure meetings and events run seamlessly
• Support visiting attorneys and staff, office access and day-to-day hospitality needs
• Serve as a key point of contact for the office and help maintain a professional, welcoming environment
