Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services or private markets, focusing on service design.
• Proven ability to create service blueprints, journey maps and storyboards for diverse customers.
• Experience with inclusive design and accessibility to make products usable for all users.
• Strong grasp of user experience design principles and applying them to projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and creating executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with leaders to create clear management reports showing results, budgets, and resource needs.
• Analyze data and prepare executive presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Design and improve service experiences and create service blueprints for product features.
• Collaborate with teams to understand user needs and help build accessible products and services.
• Create journey maps and service blueprints to visualize and improve service processes and interactions.
• Join workshops to gather customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Help develop experience maps and service prototypes illustrating customer journeys.
• Use iterative design to update customer journeys based on user feedback.
