Job summary

JPMorganChase’s US Private Bank Digital team seeks a Senior Associate to advance alternatives product development and AI-enabled solutions for advisors and clients in New York. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, technology, and stakeholders to innovate and deliver user-centered digital capabilities that enhance the client experience.

The role involves drafting requirements, defining roadmaps, and leading market research to anticipate trends in private markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus.
3–5 years of experience in management consulting, product management, financial services, alternatives investments, wealth management, or related fields.
Understanding of product management and building software products, including roadmap planning, requirement gathering, design, prioritization, and execution.
Foundational understanding of alternative investments.
Product management fundamentals: define user needs, translate requirements into features, prioritize and build a roadmap, collaborate with stakeholders, and support cross-functional execution.
Executive-ready communication and influence: distill complex private markets tech concepts for diverse audiences.
Design thinking and user-centered research: proficiency in discovery techniques and usability evaluation.
Domain knowledge in alternative investments across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, and structured products.
Self-motivated, calm under pressure, curious, analytical, and solution-oriented.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to set a vision and strategy for new capabilities.
Lead market research on private market trends affecting advisor and client experience.
Collect and analyze advisor/client needs to transform the advisor experience.
Follow a user-centric, design-led approach to create impactful products.
Draft requirements and build a detailed functionality roadmap for alternative investments.
Clarify business requirements for engineering to meet goals.
Define and measure product KPIs to guide decisions.
Lead and participate in design sessions with Technology, Design, and business partners.
